We're Nik and Joey, two Guahan-grown Chamorus passionate about uplifting our island's culture and uniting our people, no matter how far away from home they might be. After finally making it back home in 2023, we were driven to create The Cultivated Roots to spread the Hafa Adai love to as many people as possible.

Our mission is simple: bring our people together, spread awareness of our heritage, and remind everyone to stay rooted in their culture while growing personally. We also just want to make friends and connections along the way.

We live by three core values: Learn from the past, live in the present, and stay true to the future.
